I don't know what this product has as its defining function that makes it stand out, especially at its price. I guess you're mainly paying a premium for the well engineered pocket dmm hardware but with no display. Perhaps the oscilloscope and logging capabilities make it a great all rounder? But the app leaves you wishing for more once you overcome the quirks and bugs. I've been waiting for a substantial software update but it looks like this may never come. It's just a real shame as this could have been a home run! Pokit Innovations seems to have aimed for a Swiss Army knife, but neglected the blade.. I really want something like this to work for me but for years now it's been the least used equipment I regretfully own.
I bought this for my son. He reports that is more than fulfills his expetations. A really usefull instrument, ans pocket sized too. That's great.
