Since the inception of the Pokit Meter, our mission has been clear: To reimagine measurement that empowers everyone. We aim to revolutionise traditional test and measurement tools, making them more compact, versatile and exceptionally convenient. The launch of our Pokit Meter marked the start of a journey driven by relentless innovation, shaped by feedback from our users. Your ideas and suggestions propelled us towards our flagship product, the Pokit Pro - the world's smallest CATIII 600V multimeter, oscilloscope, and logger. DRIVEN BY YOUR NEEDS
Recognising the diverse and ever-evolving needs of our users, we entered 2023 with a strong desire to innovate further. Delving deep, we sought to understand your priorities better and discovered that you wanted us to find ways to unlock the power of your existing devices. With this in mind, in September 2023, we introduced The Pokit App Modules, a range of add-on apps that consolidate multiple test and measure devices into a single platform without additional hardware.
Our new app modules will be offered through a monthly subscription, making them more cost-effective and accessible whilst funding future development to make the Pokit system even better. Best of all, your current app modules (multimeter, oscilloscope, and logger) that came with your meter or Pro will remain free of charge.
THE FUTURE IS HERE
Over the next couple of weeks we will be releasing our first App Module, The Pokit Pro Range Tester. The Range Tester enables you to instantly check that a measurement is within a configurable range by using your Pro’s RGB indicator or beeper. Set custom ranges, tolerance bands, LED colors, flashing and beeping patterns. You can use the Range Tester as a conventional voltage probe or in new ways to measure current, resistance and temperature, as well as check diodes and continuity. Once configured, the Range Tester can function independently without the app.
The Pokit App Modules mark an exciting new chapter for Pokit Innovations, aligning closely with our mission to reimagine measurement that empowers everyone. I don't know what this product has as its defining function that makes it stand out, especially at its price. I guess you're mainly paying a premium for the well engineered pocket dmm hardware but with no display. Perhaps the oscilloscope and logging capabilities make it a great all rounder? But the app leaves you wishing for more once you overcome the quirks and bugs. I've been waiting for a substantial software update but it looks like this may never come. It's just a real shame as this could have been a home run! Pokit Innovations seems to have aimed for a Swiss Army knife, but neglected the blade.. I really want something like this to work for me but for years now it's been the least used equipment I regretfully own.
I bought this for my son. He reports that is more than fulfills his expetations. A really usefull instrument, ans pocket sized too. That's great.
Bluetooth function makes setting up my mobile device to view the readout handsfree while im holding the leads on the device im testing.
